“Laugh and the world will laugh with you, weep and you will weep alone.» – Ella Wheeler Wilcox

Although we think that we act because of the way we feel, in fact, we often feel because of the way we act.

I act the way I want to feel instead of waiting for the right mood inside before being able to do things with enthusiasm ( from Greek enthousiasmos, from enthousiazein to be inspired, irregular from entheos inspired, from en- + theos god)  and finally enjoy life…

Facial expressions  and body postures don’t merely reflect emotions, they also affect emotions:  you start smiling even if you don´t feel like doing it and your brain starts to react in a happier way.

If you have plenty of  quality fun in your life – if you make time to see friends, to learn about things that interest you, to do the things you enjoy  you have more patience and tolerance and might even live longer¡¡¡

If  you don’t have much fun in your life, it’s easy to become preoccupied with the aggravations and frustrations. There’s nothing to distract you from your bad feelings, blaming, complaining and getting sulky.

Working to be happier myself ,   I’m far better able to make other people happier.

I’m less moody,  I find it easier to go out of my way to help other people. I’m less resentful, judgemental, and insecure and  I don’t get as annoyed by little things.

The  benefits of laughter for you:

  • Improves your mood.
  • Reduces risk of illness.
  • Creates a lovely family ambiance.
  • Improves work relations.
  • It is our best presentation card,  shows others personal equilibrium, well-being and happiness.
  • Increases positive thinking,
  • Brings creativity out.
  • Proofs an intelligent brain, emotionally smart.
