“The time to relax is when you don’t have time for it.”  – Sydney J. Harris

Do you want to sing better?…Do you want to run faster?…Do you want to  have more passion?… Do you want to live longer?….learn to relax¡¡…but don´t panic thinking that you don´t have time or you just can´t relax,  just take a «deeeeep» breath and relax… now¡.

Do you lead such a busy lifestyle that you often feel guilty if you take some time to relax?.  Well,  here’s the excuse you’ve been looking for!.

Recharging your proverbial batteries through relaxation can reduce your heart rate, lower your blood pressure, reduce headaches, improve concentration and and provide many other benefits. What are the best ways to relax?

  1. Maintain a Positive Outlook: While it can be difficult during times of stress, it’s always possible to choose between a more positive perspective and a negative one.
  2. Practice Self-Control: You may feel better temporarily if you indulge in unhealthy habits like overeating or drinking too much, but the long-term effects can create more stress.   It’s much better to have some stress relievers  on hand to cope in a healthier way.
  1. Avoid Ruminating:  If you find yourself obsessing over the stresses and frustrations of the day, it’s a good idea to switch gears and focus on something else. Get yourself relieving hobbies that can get you moving in a new direction, practice sports or meditate.
